Vein Treatments (EVLA)

The Pro-V laser brings a new approach to varicose vein treatment.
The 1319-nm Nd:YAG laser has emerged as a safe, fast and effective solution for treating venous insufficiency, and can be performed on an outpatient basis. Under local anesthesia, a fiber is inserted in the varicose vein and laser energy fired directly into the vein for closure. The end result
is high patient satisfaction and is nearly pain free without the side effects of sclerotherapy and vein stripping.

Laser Endovenous Treatment (EVLA)
The 1319-nm Nd Yag laser is ideal for treating varicose veins because of better control of vein coagulation than other lasers. Light absorption occurs in the hydrated endothelial cells of the vein wall. Vessel occlusion is achieved because of Vein contraction and collapse from heat generation. Blowing multiple holes in the vein from excess heat production is minimized which can be a problem in other laser systems.

Transcutaneous Laser Treatment
ideal match for virtually all vascular lesions from telangiectasias to reticular leg and face veins. Cooling technology affords more comfort.
